About the Role
As our Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience. From greeting visitors to managing administrative tasks, you’ll be at the heart of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and browsing our shop.
  • Offer beverages and create a welcoming environment for customers visiting our showroom or waiting for service.
  • Manage appointments, schedules, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Provide support to other departments by coordinating updates and communication with customers.
  • Assist with invoicing, data entry, and basic administrative duties.
  • Keep the front desk area and customer lounge tidy and organized.

Skills and Experience:
We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Can multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
  • Has basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Brings a positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or within the caravan or automotive industry is an advantage but not essential.

Work Hours and Salary:

  • Full-Time, Monday to Friday, with required Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
  • Competitive salary of $50,000–$65,000 per annum, dependent on skillset and experience.
