Free battery and solar health checks are limited to 100 eligible bookings, one per caravan, subject to availability. The check is a preliminary assessment. It is not a comprehensive electrical inspection, a certification, or a guaranteed battery capacity test. Additional diagnostics and repairs are not included.
The fuel card offer is limited to 50 eligible customers who complete a qualifying insurance repair. Fuel cards are not issued for lodging a claim or asking for a quote. Eligibility, qualifying repair criteria, allocation order and fulfilment conditions are to be finalised and published before launch.
The fuel card promotion is subject to legal and insurer compliance review before it is advertised or offered. You are free to choose your own repairer, subject to your policy terms. All claims and repairs remain subject to your insurer's requirements and approvals. Making an enquiry guarantees neither insurance cover nor a fuel card.
